Can I track my package?

I got a shipping confirmation, but there aren't any updates on the tracking. Is this normal?
If you've received a shipping confirmation but still don't see any updates on the tracking link, it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Were is my parcel?
If your package is traceable, you can click on the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. It may take up to 48 hours for the link to update from when your package was dispatched from our warehouse. You can also go here to track your package. Our customer service team can see the same information as you on the tracking link, so if you don't see anything immediately, we strongly recommend waiting 48 hours before contacting us for further investigation on the whereabouts of your package.
How do I get information/updates about my package?
Often each carrier has a mobile app that you can download to track your package and receive updates. If you don't have the app, you'll receive updates via SMS or email.
Are there any import charges I need to take care of?

One item was missing from my package, what should I do?
We want to start by apologizing for not receiving everything in your package. First, please check your delivery confirmation. If everything you ordered is listed on it, we ask you to contact our customer service using this contact form, and we will assist you further. If the product was missing from your delivery confirmation, it means that it has unfortunately run out of stock and will not be shipped to you. In that case, we will issue a refund to you instead.
I have received the wrong item, What do I do?
We would like to start by apologizing for receiving the wrong item in your order. We kindly ask you to contact our customer service using this contact form and include a picture of what you received instead of what you ordered, so that we can assist you further in the best possible way.
What happens if I deny the package or don't pick it up within the given time?
If you do not pick up your package on time, it will be automatically returned to us after a period of time, and we will charge a handling fee for not picked up parcel. Therefore, we kindly ask you to collect your package and return it according to our return process even if you change your mind before receiving it.
